Patrick was great! I'm a first time home buyer and went through Habitat for Humanity open market option and he was very informative the whole way through and helped me feel at ease. I never felt stupid for all the questions I asked and he was on top of everything and great to work with. Gonna recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a house!

Our experience with EXIT Realty Metro was so informative, helpful, and simple. Jacob did an excellent job of guiding us through the process as first time homebuyers. He displayed so much patience and was able to answer all of our questions no matter how simple or complex they were. He also made what could have been a stressful process fun! The market was highly competitive while we were submitting offers but Jacob kept us motivated and in good spirits! We will be recommending him to our friends :)
