Christo Lane is outstanding. I had been in search of a condo for 2 years, and Christo patiently and expertly guided me through the process. He was always available to show my properties, and indeed showed me dozens over the period I was looking. He has a thorough understanding of the local market, and helped me to distinguish good investments from those less desirable. He showed tremendous patience with me, and all of my indecision. He's a great person, through and through, easy to talk to, lacking pretense, a straight shooter. In the end, I found the perfect home. He held my hand through the offer, inspection, and closing stages, making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I have been recommending Christo to anyone looking for a realtor.

Christo made the house hunting process a lot less stressful. He was available during odd hours to accommodate our schedule for showings, very responsive, quick with paperwork. We enjoyed working with him and are happy in our new house.
