I have mixed feelings about my experience here, I lived in chateau btw 2019-2021and heres what I think: Pros: -Very close to the U east bank -The management is very responsive to emails and repairs -Neighbors are very diverse and I liked the community events -underground parking Cons: -The lease is shared and not individual! So if you live with roommates and you want to move out, you must independently find a person to take over your room. This was tough in covid because everyone moved back home and nobody was looking to move in with roommates -rooms are tiny for the price youre paying. Chateau is not affordable because youre paying almost what others pay in furnished apartments with bigger rooms and a nice gym at university commons -package theft was huge and the management does not cooperate when asked to release the camera footage to find the culprit -Kollege club is a nightmare. Theyre so loud every day in summer and fall. Theyre the main reason for why I moved out -the whole building in general is not sound proof and neighbors can be very inconsiderate. Luckily the management cooperates and sends warnings but its still an unpleasant experience with sleepless nights -Parking lot is designed poorly that its easy to crash into another car In general, unless youre individually leading the place, I dont recommend to live here

Building and amenities were not ready at move in (2019) and company did virtually nothing about it. Example, gym was not open for months after it was supposed to be (pre-pandemic). Took months to contact management for general inquiries and was told conflicting information, such as that I would initially be helped about certain issues but I later was not. Overall poor experience, would not recommend.

Nola, the manager of the Chateau, is quick to respond to emails and concerns and is so friendly! She has always been a big help. The Chateau is extremely affordable in comparison to the options surrounding the area and is a very clean and well kept environment. I would have lived at the Chateau all 4 years of my college experience if I had found it sooner!
