Amazing rental company that excels at customer service. I have rented with companies before who take days or weeks at a time to respond after being contacted, but I'm happy to say that's not the case here. They are very responsive and willing to help with any questions or issues you might run into. Amanda at Melrose Gates and Erin at Lux Apartments in particular are fantastic property managers. I would highly recommend Soderberg's properties if you're looking for a place to call home.

I have been living at lux apartments for the last 6 months. And before that I was living at Melrose gates apartment for 14 years. I must say I have experienced some great property manager and have been delighted with their ability to deal with the day to day tasks that they have to deal with. Erin from lux apartment is always on point . I booked the community room a short time after I moved in and the air conditioning unit wasnt working properly she went out of her way to make sure me and my guess were still cool on that hot day by providing us with a few industrial fans. And was after hours of the office being open . That is just one of the great things she has done to make sure that we could still enjoy ourselves and be comfortable in that area. Every time you run into her she has a smile on her face and if you approach her with the issue, she tries to resolve it in a timely manner. I will be moving because I bought a house but I must say my stay with this company has been a great one especially the last six months when I was frustrated and didnt know what I was Torn between buying a house or staying here. I would Definitely recommend the Lux Apartments to remember is looking for a place to stay with great vibes and a great property manager. Roberta C

the property manager is great however there is always something wrong with the place. when we moved in the place was pretty gross, the shower was full of grime and the act unit hadnt been cleaned in what seemed like years. the screen door is broken and they still havent fixed it. had to get our dishwasher replaced because it was broken, the maintenance guy messed up and the floors started leaking water and i wont be surprised if were charged for it at the end of the lease. havent had hot water in two days, the thermostat is being controlled by a nickel. never had this many issues with renting
edit from the next day: THEY KNEW THERE WOULDNT BE HOT WATER THIS WHOLE TIME. DIDNT TELL ANYONE. IT IS THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER. cant wait for this lease to end

I recently moved into Park Trails. The Leasing Manager, Helen Vos, is absolutely fantastic! She is professional, courteous, and was extremely helpful throughout my move-in process. Along with her professionalism, Helen is also very personable, which is so refreshing. Every Leasing Manager should take their cues from Helen!!
