I own a property next to two homes nick operates. These homes serve as transitional housing for men. Being well established in my home I was concerned how disruptive these homes could be to my privacy. But my skepticism was unfounded.
Nick operates a well organized, thoughtful operation. He is a very conscientious and attentive manager of these properties. He sets clear expectations for his residents and creates a respectful presence in our neighborhood. Nicks a genuinely good man and has a proven record of reliability with me.
