Jon helped us get into our perfect home and she is awesome. He was very patient and understanding and most of all helpful in every way! Truly went above and beyond and can't thank her enough. If everyone in the office is as awesome as her then you can quit looking for other property management companies because if you've found management One then you've found the best!

I hired J & J Management back after having a horrible experience with another property manager in the area. Leo has been a huge asset. From assisting me with tying up loose ends in the last arrangement to arranging maintenance and repairs, hiring a realtor, finding a suitable tenant, and dealing with many unexpected hassles, he has done it all. With professionalism, a calm demeanor, and effective communication. I would highly recommend him to other property owners and am so happy to have found him!
