        Worst rental company in all of Minnesota. Do not give these slumlords your money.

        If you are ever choosing to rent between Millennium Management and another leasing company CHOOSE THE OTHER COMPANY. My roommates and I complained about a smell of gas in the house so we called centerpoint they identified a problem so we called Millennium to fix it. Millennium sends a technician and they say the problem is fixed. Not even 24 hours later the smell is back. So again we call centerpoint and the problem is still there. It took us having to call the fire department and them talking to management at Millennium for them to finally fix the gas leak problem. That is no way to treat tenants who are paying to live in a safe house. Overall property managers are hard to get a hold of with an email, their house upkeep staff is not good at upkeeping houses and obviously they are only profit driven and do not care about renters.

        Lived at millennium for 2 years and overall its been a good experience. They are a huge management company so they leave you alone for the most part unless they need to contact you. I gave 4 stars for maintenance as Ive had a couple things Ive needed done and it has taken longer. Some things Ive fixed myself like smoke detector batteries, etc. maintenance is getting better though, it seems they have improved communication. Overall, a decent affordable place for students to live.
