Torrid

I talked to someone on the phone who was super kind and helpful and put some bras on hold for me. When I went to pick them up, the person who helped me was just beautiful, told me their name and pronouns, and was so kind and lovely. Shelby, Sidney?? Skylar? I'm horrible with names. But she did tell me to "keep being beautiful, queen!" as I left, and invited me to come back anytime. Great customer service, and great experience! That's so rare nowadays.

My fav store for plus size clothing. They do not disappoint. And I want my Torrid cash too. They have great customer service I am always welcomed with smiles and eagerness to help. This will be my forever store.

Unbelievable -HARASSMENT I love torrid so much! Its my go to store. However, my experience at this location was horrendous!! I walked in with my friend and we were looking on the shelves with sale items. A sales person came over asking if they could help. We said no thank you. This person hopped up on the lower shelf and said Im half off? Did we just hear that right??! Harassment #1 This was just the start of unimaginable harassment. It was so uncomfortable. This person continued to follow us around, even though we said we didnt need any help. I had leggings on and this sales person said they wished they could wear leggings but couldnt and proceeded to lift their dress up way to far! We could see ALL of their short Spanx. Harassmen#2!! My friend and I went to the bra section to look at the sales. This sales person followed us and asked if we needed a bra fitting done. Harassment #3! Ok, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but, I felt so gross!! Along with my friend. Ill NEVER go in there again, in fact I will tell all my full figured friends to never go there. I would not want them to be subjected to that disrespect.

I own so much Torrid! It is THE place for us plus sized ladies. Ive recently been going to the Southdale Mall store, and Elisiana (sp?) is AMAZING! (Her signature phrase is Heck Yeah!!) and shes a peach!! Make her manager, general manager, owner, something because she deserves it!!! Shes the reason for the five stars!! On the other hand, there is another employee there that could definitely use some of Elisianas skills training. I was returning a couple of items I had ordered. She was sitting in a chair the entire time (except when she got up to show me the rings with the Ouija Board Thingy because she didnt know it was called a planchette) she told me about a dozen times her bra size and how she is a double M now, maybe even N at this point but has a tiny band size (uncomfortable conversation for me, maybe others find that appropriate, but Im sorry, Im not one who does) and if she wasnt telling me her bra size she was telling me multiple times that shes goth. I understand trying to find common ground with a customer and engaging with conversation, but she missed the mark. Elisiana, keep it up girl, youre fabulous!!
