Andrea. Was. Fabulous. Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Andrea pulled, and I tried on, A TON of frames. There was no pressure, she gave me honest feedback, and we moved quickly - got down to a decision in less than an hour. And when I said I wanted to go think about it (with a few pics and cost info), there was no sales pressure AT ALL. Awesome experience.

They have some truly unique and quality frames. Also great service. When my lenses got scuffed after a few months they replaced them free of charge

I like how I placed an order for frames and declined clicking the link for updates on basically advertising Yet, before I get updates on my order I'm getting fabulous offers to shop more. It's going to be very difficult for me not to return my order when it comes. do they think people buy eyewear like they do T-shirts and shoes like I need 100 of bunches of glasses? whoever's in charge at I Bob's: do you need more email ?No one does. disgusted.
