Great customer service and friendly staff, Ive had my Lasik surgery done over there, they went above and beyond to support me through the process I was really scared from the beginning but after talking to the doctors and the nurses they had me in and out with no time, two days later I drove back home to fargo.

Experience was fine and seamless minus the most important fact: my vision has already become blurry and unsafe to drive with, within the FIRST year of having the surgery done!!! I had it done 10 months ago and things are already super blurry. Ive emailed and called the office and no one has responded. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. Go somewhere with better customer service and more experience.

I was asked before I even had the procedure to go on Facebook and promote Joffe. I declined and I am glad I did. When I came in for the follow-up, I was asked again to promote them on Facebook. Again, glad I declined. Because at this point, I could see better with nearsightedness, but was still healing. Then, after 6 weeks, I’m good! But my eyes are still REALLY dry. I can see, but like looking through a glass. They exam me, tell me it’s dye eye. Get drops. Then I come back months later because it’s still the same but my nearsightedness is gone. They explain that they can’t correct nearsightedness and after the lens heals fully, nearsightedness goes back to where it was. Take more drops. Dry eye is your problem. I come back. Because I can’t see well driving. I’m looking through a glass! I can see but it’s uncomfortable, I say. They again tell me it’s unfortunate, but I have dry eye. Not something that is their problem but an unfortunate circumstance. Get more intense drops. The year of free follow up is over. No more help. I was never given a proper eye exam to see the shape of my eye after. Only an eye test to whether I could read letters. Of which , I could. But it was uncomfortable and like looking through a glass. No help. No doctor exam. And now, 2 1/2 years later, I see worse than before.

I’ve had horrible eyes my entire life and am seeing 20/20 the day after my procedure. I can’t even believe it. Everyone is soooo friendly and make you feel like family the second you walk in. Couldn’t be happier! THANK YOU!
