When I made appointment and gave them our insurance info, they told me that they accept our insurance and all the lab expenses would be covered. It turns out this is NOT the case. I had to pay over $500 out of our pocket. Very unprofessional practice!!! (PS: I called and option 3 is not helping, and option 3 is a nurse line. Nobody at Billing Dept answered my call. )

Been coming here since I was in elementary school. Though the receptions are often difficult, the care from the nurses and doctors are exceptional.

I made a appointment for my daughter very concerned with her mental health. She's an adult so she went alone. What a mistake. The doctor sent her on her way telling her to go to HCMC. Who does that? She needed a referral to get on meds. What is wrong with our medical system??

I will be reporting this clinic. A 9 month baby attended for their shoots. The child diagnosed with COVID, and the mother and baby were kicked out. The mother asked for her paper work, and was refused. It is the middle of winter. They did not give the baby their medicine, because they had COVID. The baby has a fever of over 100, and was not given in care guide to how to help ease the fever.
