        I read that Nancy Hostetler is an agent at this company, and I wanted to let everyone know that they should stay far away if this is the case.During my mortgage with Nancy, it was clear why we have a mortgage process. Nancy was the typical bait and switch mortgage broker, promising one thing and delivering on nothing.  At one point her team outright lied, claiming that they had talked with HUD about a loan question and then quickly backing off and admitting they hadn't.  The mortgage process is never going to be easy.  But the least you can expect is someone who is honest and fair.  There are plenty of other mortgage companies who can deliver on both better than Nancy.
