        I have been waiting for a lien release for three weeks. Nobody answers the phone, and they do not call back. Very frustrating!

        If I could I would use genessee finiancial again I just dont know who they are connected too. I had a great experience and jerri one of the managers was AWESOME I hope shes still there

        Was given a loan to buy a car when our suv had the transmission go out. They rolled the old rolled the old loan in to new. Trying to get lien paperwork to sell car.

        Paid off my car loan back in July of 2020. Still have not yet to received the lien to the title. Called and email with no response in return. Will change rating to 5 star once lien is received. Communication besides "making a payment" about anything else is such a hassle. Almost feel like being con. UPDATE! Ask for Greta, shes awesome and found exactly what happen.. previous rep never sent the lien. Hopefully will receive lien within a week. Will change to 5 star when lien is received as previously stated.
