I was extremely disappointed in the lack of organization of this location. I went in multiple times with different paperwork that was needed and they couldnt keep track of what they had. At one point I had to email some forms while I was sitting at the desk and they still had to ask me basic info from the forms I had just sent. I ended up backing out of a loan application because it didnt sit right to have this type of office managing my finances.
For the cherry on top, the lady that was working with me also kept checking her cell while she was working on my forms.
