Farmers Insurance - Steven Wolfson

I was introduced to Steve Wolfson, a Farmer's Insurance agent, through a close friend, who is also a Farmer's customer. I was seeking a quote for insurance specifics I would like for my home/auto/ and an umbrella. He was very professional and listened to my needs. He returned with a quote and explained fully what it covered. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. He requested I look over the quote, and if there were further questions to call him for clarifications. I was very impressed with my initial conversation with Mr. Wolfson , which helped me finalize my decision to to sign on with Farmer"s Insurance. Thank you, Mr. Wolfson.

35 years ago, when I was 18 and bought my first car, I found Steve in the Yellow Pages! Since then, having added a husband and kids, he has insured 3 homes, 2 lives, 1 apartment and at least a dozen cars. I emailed this quote to him this morning, based upon his response to an email I sent, "If there was an award in the Guinness Book of World Records for Fastest, Most Efficient Insurance Agent Ever, you'd hold it." We have never had anything but outstanding service from Steve and we have never once, despite never ending offers coming via mail/email/phone considered changing agents. If anyone could save us a small amount of money, it would never be worth it; Steve is outstanding at his job and is so kind and sincere in his desire to serve his clients to the best of his ability. I would like to add that we feel the same way about Farmers Insurance. We live in Northfield and have been through three major hailstorms that damaged our homes, cars and property. The damage was rampant and so many friends experienced such frustration trying to get their very large and popular insurance companies to pay for the damage. They seemed to be endlessly nickled and dimed and had to argue for the most basic and obvious repairs. Anytime we have had damage from storms or car accidents, Farmers has been here almost immediately and we have, at times, had a check in our hands the next day. We have felt that Farmers Insurance has not only been fair, but also generous when helping us deal with any claims, both small and large.
