Tys Mechanical went over and above to get the job done!!! Would highly recommend this local HVAC contractor for Furnace repair service!!! Great Anoka County heating and cooling company. We will be using them in the future to replace our equipment when the time comes. Very reasonable rates, they had great communication and they were all around professional.

Tys Mechanical is the best HVAC contractor in Fridley Minnesota. They came out for an emergency no heat call. With in an hour they had the new part and had us up and running for heat. We highly recommend Tys Mechanical for any of your heating or cooling needs for residential HVAC. They were professional on time and very reliable. Thank you Tys Mechanical. They were nice enough not to charge an extra weekend fee.

Had a good experience with Tys mechanical. They responded right away and replaced our heating system in a timely manner. They put in a high-efficiency Lennox heating system, and we are very happy with it.

Tys Mechanical is the best contractor in Minneapolis for furnace repair, he showed up on time and fixed my replacement heating system with a great high efficient system before the cold storm. We were pleased to receive energy rebate on their behalf!

Updated: he doesnt respond, he doesnt ask for a review fix in those months, he sends me a text 6 months later that he is suing me and my work place for defamation if I dont take down the negative review. Unprofessional. I regrettably hired Tys Mechanical for an emergency HVAC repair at our office. On their first visit, they claimed to have addressed the problem by simply refilling the Freon, which cost us $950. To our dismay, that wasnt the root cause. I gave them a second chance and requested a thorough inspection for an additional $400. Ty then identified a faulty TXV valve, charging us $2500 for its replacement. To our disappointment, even that did not rectify the issue. On their next assessment, they quoted us a staggering $16,300 for a new pump and additional parts. In light of these growing concerns, I consulted another technician I trust. During their inspection, the tech said that the tube by the TXV valve had been kinked, compromising the systems functionality. The intake TXV line also appeared mishandled. Once these issues were addressed, our AC resumed operation. However, due to the kinks presence over a week, pressure accumulation led to a line rupture on the compressor. The new technician efficiently repaired the pump, cleansed the entire system, and refilled the ACall for $6500. Moreover, it was revealed that the TXV valve installed by Tys Mechanical was a generic variant, and needs another replacement as it may have been what caused the pressure to stay high. I had initially approached Ty for a solution but ended up with exacerbated problems. I even have photographic evidence of the kinks and shoddy craftsmanship. When confronted and asked for a refund for the TXV valve and Freon charges (willingly overlooking the labor fees), Ty declined and denied any wrongdoing. Ty had the nerve to contact me after I requested a refund and offered me $13600 instead of the $16300 he quoted In summary, our experience with Tys Mechanical was costly, both in terms of finance and trust. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and seek alternative service providers.
