Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning have been our go to people for at least the last 15 years for service of our furnace and AC. They are quick to respond to an "emergency" when needed and provide us our yearly service on both systems. Prices are very fair and the office and service personnel are great.

I called Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning looking for some simple plumbing work to get done. I wanted to have an interior valve put in so I could properly winterize my outdoor spigot. The guys were quick and effective when they arrived, and the price was competitive. I appreciate their work to provide me a little more piece of mind when it comes to the increasingly cold winter temperatures.

My hot water stopped working on a Thurs and Steve from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning made sure he was able to get to my house on Friday and temporarily fix the problem until the parts came in. However, another wrench happened where my wife & I had to go out of town unexpectedly. Steve worked with my neighbor who watched my house while we were gone. Much appreciated and wonderful service. Very easy to schedule and was extremely pleased with the work. We have had long standing issues with drafts in the house. Steve was able to identify the problem and propose a solution. Since they did our duct and crawl spaced work, my house has stayed warm. Not sure why I waited to long to call Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning.

We could not be happier with the service received from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning company. These guys do a great job. Very knowledgeable and supply quality service and products. They arrived on time & completed job as promised. We were impressed with how they took care of our home around job site and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed with the professionalism of everyone we came into contact with during our project. We highly recommend this company.
