The worst PCA company to ever go through! With yearly waiver renewals, I should be getting yearly trainings, but I’ve only been trained when I first entered the company. Regarding waiver renewals, they will show up on site ONCE a year to train OTHER staff on site and expect other staff to train me word for word. They cannot be expecting this out of other PCAs, as it is literally their job to train workers, yet they refuse to make any second trips to accommodate to workers. When I fail to “fully” fill out my time sheets according to how they like it, because they failed to train me, they penalize me by withholding my pay two weeks. On top of that, they are inconsistent with what they want as “fully” filling out paperwork. Some paperwork will get cleared one week, but then others that filled the same exact way are returned another week. On top of that, they refuse to call me or pick up my calls, only relaying need to me through other staff at the site I work at. Even when I try to go into office, despite different times of day and different days, they are always “out for meeting” and fail to be back by the time they post on their door. They also tell us workers that we should only ever make related phone calls, fill out related paperwork and train during work hours, yet they only show up for training and paperwork whenever convenient for them, making the on-site show up on our days off and basically work off the clock. Everything about this place is super unprofessional.
