    This company does not take disabilities seriously...do not waste your time talking to Intake regarding your needs and what they can offer...they should not be licensing for CADI or any other waiver services. After just a short conversation with them, it became apparent clients needs are not in their best interest...

    Was employed several years in a supervisory role. Not sure why I stayed so long. Clinical nursing director was extremely unprofessional - I dont tolerate name calling. Promises were made by the company repeatedly with no follow through. I at times didnt feel office staff cared much for clients served. Best Care doesnt exist with thus company, in my opinion.

    It's 2023 they're stuck in the past supposedly they don't have enough employees so they don't have direct deposit you have to pick up your paycheck every week or they mail it to you just like your timesheets. There's three copies one goes to the client and then you have to either mail or drop off the other two every week big hassle and you can't email them or fax them because there's two copies. The only benefit they offer is after you have been employed for an entire year if you have worked a total of like 28th or 3,000 hours something like that then you qualify for vacation time but if you're part-time like I am and only do it as a side gig and I've been there a year and a half I still don't qualify and because my client needed higher level of care. I don't have any clients which I choose to not because I was only working with her cuz I had her for like 5 years but they only pay $13 for homemaking and $14 for PCA definitely not worth it especially for a company that has no benefits and the director who has no communication skills very unfortunate. I'm glad you're Shantes back at least she communicates properly so before you get employed search around for other wages and before you decide to put your loved one here realize that they do no training besides an hour video and the nurse comes and talks to you for a few minutes. Thankfully I had prior experience but for those who don't have any go in with their client with no prior experience.
