        Made an appointment for a vaccine, waited 90 min past when I was scheduled to be seen, and still couldnt get in. If you are unable to keep up with scheduled appointments, either staff your pharmacy appropriately or dont even offer walk ins.

        Completely understaffed. Line is always an hour at a minimum; they cant answer phones; find another pharmacy until they get staffing figured out.

        Showed up for a scheduled vaccine appt, only to stand in a long line and eventually learn that they didn't have the staff available to handle the pharmacy and do vaccinations. They didn't bother to actually cancel the appointment until the following day. Very frustrating.
