        Most of the products in the store are locked up, making it nearly impossible to shop here without a store employee to chaperone you, and the store is too understaffed to provide help. CVS on Lake Street, just a few blocks away, doesnt do that. Switching my business to them.

        Went to multiple locations to recycle my pill bottles as sharpie does not cover my information and was told by my doctor the pharmacy would be willing to recycle them for me properly. Was told to come to this location. They told me they would take my pill bottles, and in the same sentence told me to just do it at home. I expressed I was uncomfortable with that and the employee suggested I use sharpie. I just left because the way they talked to me was incredibly embarrassing.
