CVS

All of the staff are wonderful, but the location is abhorrently understaffed. Really, really miss Target Pharmacy. CVS never has enough people on at any location. Phone calls take 10-30 mins to go through because every staff member is busy at all times.

famously bad service. my primary care doctor wrote me a letter urging me to change pharmacies because they dont answer the phones and theyre very hard to reach. AVOID THIS PLACE

Highly recommend going to another pharmacy. Experienced awful customer service here- nobody picks up the phone or follows back up as promised. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Got medication changed without being notified and then was told this isnt our fault.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and they've always been great. There's not always a line but they are a busy place and when there is a line it's never been more than 10 mins. I know pharmacies in general get a lot of criticism because they get blamed when the dr's don't send perscriptions or patients need to schedule a visit for a refill which has nothing to do with the pharmacy. All in all this place and their employees are great!
