        After a horrible experience with receiving the wrong refurbished computer, I realized the hard drive needed to be switched to a solid state drive. MicroCenter couldnt do it because the SSD I got was not apple (which would have been an additional 445!) so I reached out to Silicon Alley. Ani was excellent to work with! He was very considerate of my urgency to get it done fast. He got me in the same day and if it wasnt for a part delay I would have had it back the same day. Regardless, they got the job done as fast as possible and were very considerate to accommodate to my schedule. They kept me updated and informed, but most importantly they switched it out with no problem. My computer is by far, at least, 10x faster. Should I have any future issues, I know who to contact and refer friends to. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!!!
