        I am the 'accidental admin' for a Minneapolis manufacturing company, and I've worked with MSIT for almost five years now. They handle our LAN, server, and desktop monitoring and service. In addition they act as my go-to consultants for anything IT related. They are a relatively small but growing company, which meets our needs well, because I have my short list of people that I personally know who respond to our needs. I like to shadow their work to help increase my own knowledge-base, and every person I have worked with has happily helped me to do so. They are a good group that truly cares for their clients. I sleep better at night than I did prior to having them involved.
