I would highly recommend Freya Wilde Bridal. The dress selection was perfect! My daughter must have tried on about 15-20 dresses. We were so impressed with the quality too, better than 3 other stores we had gone to prior. What really stood out to me was the dedication of the lady helping us. Andrea worked so hard to show off each dress and has an art and knowledge for fitting dresses. She had such a positive and caring nature about her! My daughter left with a decision to make between 2 dresses and definitely plans to get her dress from this unique and wonderful business.

Do NOT rent your dress with Freya Wilde. First off, their location is tricky to find. When I went in to drop off my dress, I wasnt given any directions to figure out how to get in the building. There needs to be better signs guiding people to the doors and up the stairs. Luckily someone outside had a code to let me in otherwise who knows how long I would have waited in the rain. Secondly, I arrived and the store was closed and doors were all locked up. So I wasted my afternoon driving to the store and back. They had closed for the afternoon and forgot to call me. After a few days they called me to reschedule and said because it was their fault they would come out to me to pickup my dress. We made THREE appointments for them to come pick up my dress. To which again, nobody showed up. I THEN get an email that I was a no show when they were the ones that have failed to communicate this entire time. Since then I have tried to reach out as I would still like to rent my dress and they continue to ghost me. Worst experience with a company.
