      Albert,We sincerely apologize that you waited 30 minutes to get your drink, that is entirely too long. We at Mortimer's pride ourselves on timely service and are taking the necessary steps for improvement. Although this 'Old Lady' has dedicated her career to the service of the good people of Mpls at the corner of Franklin and Lyndale for over 25 years, due to this enlightening review, we have decided that it is probably time to send her out to pasture. The next time you come in, there will be a younger person to accommodate you. Just in effort to make your experience more enjoyable next time, how old do you like your bartenders?Management
