Couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone, not even to tell me to stay on hold. And I called back a few times to give them a few more chances.

I was told by the representative/greeter that I needed an appointment to complete what I needed. Meanwhile they are banker on their phones (personal) avoiding eye contact with me. She did not adequately resolve my customer service issues. Strongly considering closing my account due to the lack of professionalism.

Terrible customer serviceI came to get some British sterling pound changed to dollars. But before that they needed to verify my account which was locked due to me traveling. The way I was treated was terrible. I entered the security guy looked at me politely said hi.he said a bunch of stuff and ended by saying I need to wait my turn.the teller behind the desk seemed a little confused while her manager was rude. I was told to call Wells Fargo within Wells Fargo to get my account issue sorted. The customer service I called were as confused as I was as to why the branch couldnt have just done it in person since Im already there. After the hassle which took about 45 mins more. I was told I couldnt exchange the currency due to it not being a recent . All hassle for nothing and I was still being amicable and understanding. While leaving it just seemed like they wanted me to leave. Not even a bye or have a nice day. Weird and poor conduct they werent that many customers in the branch for then to be behaving like that. Ive been banking with Wells Fargo for a while, rarely come in person but downtown Minneapolis is like this I might consider some other bank.
