Security at this building is really creepy. They are so terrified of the poors utilizing the skyway access to set foot in this place, that if you stop walking long enough to check a bus schedule, a guard comes over and stands right by you, rocking on his heels. Creepy.

Saxo Fund was a really good experience for me. Employees were also friendly and listened to detailed explanations of exchange rate fund products.
He explained to me about the fund product, and I responded. I went there 3 years ago, but I still have a vivid memory, I still have an EUR fund.

They forgot to unlock the skyway during business hours. Amateur hour here.

The robot attendant is a joke. Tried to pay off a loan, nothing but issues. Customer support is disgusting... I will never be a customer again, they can rot...!!

Below is one of many emails I have sent to Michael H. from the Executive Communications Department at US Bank in regards to my checking and savings accounts being closed and my funds being seized without me receiving any kind of notification beforehand. I still have not received a reason why other than "suspected irregular activity" which I have not been told what that means. I want this issue escalated to Mr. Andy Cecere, President/CEO of US Bank. He needs to be aware how his clients are treated
----------------------------------
Dear Mr. Michael H.,
Thank you for your response but I cannot accept your explanation. It has been 13 days since my Debit Card was seized by USBank. I logical have to assume that the decision to seize my Debit Card was made some time before Jan 26, 2024. In fact, on 2/5/2024 I received a letter, dated 1/24/2024, from Deposit Account Closures Dept in St. Paul, MN informing me that my accounts were being closed and "a check for any funds in the accounts would be mailed to me within 15 business days if all previously deposited items have been verified". Please note the date printed on the letter was 1/24/2024, 2 days before my Debit Card was seized and I did not receive the letter until 12 days after the 24th date. The letter does say "suspected irregular activity" which sounds like potential hacking of my account.
The Fraud Dept had to have had some information about thesuspected irregular activityto make the decision to seize the card and close my accounts. What is that information? Or do they just willy nilly seize cards and close accounts? That seems a little far fetched so there had to be something that triggered the seizure. What was it? It should not take over two weeks for someone to determine the reason. It should have been known before the seizure took place.
The other thing I want to know is why was I not informed of a potential hack of my accounts? Why would USBank not inform a client of a potential hack? My Chase and Capital One credit cards contact me via text and/or phone if they see something unusually, they don't just close my accounts. My Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Team also contacts me if they see any unusually activity, again they don't just close my accounts.
The letter stated that if I had any questions regarding this matter, please contact the manager of the branch. I went in and talked to the person in charge, Tammie I believe was her name. She could see it was being closed but could not or would not tell me why. She did say that the Risk Dept had made the decision. If that is true then did they check my Credit Score of 824, did they check to see if I have been late on any payments, did they check to see that thousands of dollars is deposited monthly into my checking account at USBank, did they check to see that I payoff my credit card every month, did they see that sometimes I have additional funds deposited into my checking account? Did they see that around Jan 13, 2024 I paid cash for my home?
So, again, I cannot accept your explanation and that "we are diligently working to respond to your inquiry". Over two weeks without a response is totally unacceptable and I want it escalated to the Executive Level today and I want proof that it was escalated by close of business today, preferably by a phone call.
Thank you,
Michael Pastore
