        The bank as a whole is severely lacking in customer service. I go to the St Louis Park branch and the wait times are unreal, go to the Uptown Lake St location and same thing, wait times are unreal and the cash dispensing machine malfunctions every time. They have to clear it and reset it and two of them have to work on it, without fail. Randomly stopped in an Edina location and same dam thing. WAIT TIMES IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. This is not customer service. Huntington Bank do better.

        I had an issue with getting money from a client and the general manager at this location (I believe her name is Rachel or something close) was extremely helpful and kind. She was able to walk me through what went wrong and what the bank could do on their end. She made what would be a stressful situation feel manageable and I am incredibly grateful for that.

        awesome bank, great customer service, only thing is that the card tends to be touchy when going through, you usually have to do tap to pay if you can.

        It appears they finally opened their doors again. Still peeved that they never provided any info on-line about it being closed or when it might open again. I really miss TCF.
