Update: Since Ive moved in, the staff at Cortland Mill District have been nothing but superb! Dorian, Devon, Hiba, and David have made me feel more welcome than ever and are always quick to respond to any concerns or questions I may have! Now 6 months in but they have helped with making me feel at home and safe! Dorian is great service tech manager, extremely kind and never makes you feel like youre bothering him! Love that everyone is always so ready to help!

Poor experience communicating with this company. I received multiple disorganized robot emails and calls from them but eventually did not even get to do the scheduled tour after showing up on time. After being sent to the wrong direction for parking and taking the time to circle back, at their direction over the phone, the person told us that we have exceeded the grace period and he can no longer see us. While I am dismayed by this experience, I am glad to have avoided a place with little to no respect for client or future clients time.

Cortland Mill District is an excellent place to live in . Breaking it down to a few considerable points-- 1. Moving-in : The move-in process is smooth and hassle-free. The management ensures that all your requests are fulfilled by conducting in-person / virtual tours and goes the extra mile to prioritise your preferences. (Kudos to the leasing team for this). There are no hidden charges. You get exactly what you pay for. 2. Neighborhood and Transit : The location of this place is really unbeatable. Most major city transit routes are right across the building, and the Light Rail, just two blocks away. Walkable access to grocery outlets, commercial centers and some great restaurants in the historic Mill District of Minneapolis. And a minutes walk down to the trails by Mississippi is a sure blessing. The building has skyway access as well, which helps on harsh weather days. 3. Living : The units are spacious, with abundant natural light. Furnishings are modern and energy efficient. Maintenance is 24x7 and quick to respond. The club room is a nice spot to chill and enjoy free coffee. The building has a beautiful sky lounge and deck which provides amazing views of the Mississippi and Downtown Minneapolis. I love that this a pet friendly place, and there is a dedicated dog park and pet spa. We really enjoy the regular community events which bring residents together. 4. Safety : The big question for all renters -- security is taken very seriously here. There have been no issues like unlawful entries or missing packages (Concierge is very responsible in that regard .) You'll be notified, the moment they log in your packages. I like that most points of entry are key access only, which keeps a check on people entering. Cortland Mill District definitely has high standards of living and easily becomes a place to call home with its amenities and efficient and friendly management! Highly recommended.
