Ive lived at the Murals for almost two years now and the management has gotten progressively worse. The building itself used to be really clean and now the hallways smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Along with that, the garage was consistently broken into this winter and instead of installing security measures, they blamed residents for allowing the burglars into the apartment through the garage door. My front license plate was also stolen from the garage and management took over 10 days to respond back to me about the issue. When the police came to submit a report, they informed me that I was not the only one who had my license plate stolen from the garage that week. This place is extremely overpriced and mismanaged - dont live here! They are incentivizing reviews with a $50 gift card.

I lived at the Murals for just about 2 years. I really enjoyed my time in the building, its central to everything you need including bars, restaurants, parks, pharmacy and grocery stores. Its also located right off the greenway which is fantastic for biking, walking and getting across the city.
The units are very large compared to other apartments in the area and have large windows that let lots of light in. The office staff is amazing and responsive, Shannon is also great to stop and just have a friendly chat with. Steve in maintenance is also very friendly and all maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner.
Overall, my experience at the murals was great and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've had the best experience living here at the Murals! The large square footage, tall ceilings, awesome amenities, great location with restaurants/bars, and amazing staff (Shannon, Athina, & Steve) are just a few reasons why this is a great place to live! I would recommend anyone looking to live near the city/uptown.

I've been living at Murals for over 6 months now and I love this place. It is well-maintained and if you have any maintenance issues or other questions, they are always responsive and very helpful. Shannon is wonderful. It is a very quiet place while still being close to good food places and fun things to do. I feel very safe here and have no complaints. I love my apartment and plan to stay for a long time to come.

Leased a studio for a year and a half. Never had any issues. The people working in the office were always nice and quick to respond. Very peaceful; living in an apartment will inevitably come with some amount of noise, but it never kept me from working or sleeping.
