We were so excited to find the first apartment that truly checked all of our boxes and must haves along with having the wow factor we were looking for after months of searching the Twin Cities. Nordhaus has been an absolute delight to call home. We love our apartment, the layout, management team, concierge, maintenance and caretaking staff, the stunning view and a complete set of amenities that really make this a luxury experience. We have now lived here for almost two-months, and we fall in love with this place more and more each day. We are so excited to be a part of this community and continue creating a life together here at Nordhaus.

Nice place to live. Good amenities and environment. Nice quite place in a bustling city. Close to NE neighbors and North Loop. Also, right on bus lines. Anna in the leasing office is super helpful.

Nice building. Terrible management. Was just harassed by management as a resident about not having a wrist band at the pool, despite them never dispersing said $1 bands. When in the mean time I was sitting at a cabana and there was a dead mouse behind our chairs. For a place supposed to a top apartment, pretty gross they have dead rodents at the pool.

Amazing building and management teams. Anna has been incredible with the leasing and preparation to move in. So many events and welcoming community here. Absolutely excited to be a new resident with Nordhaus after visiting so frequently friends who live here for last year. Hot tub is open year round, pool is opened as soon as possible - building is extremely well Maintained in the common areas. Concierges have been so kind and helpful at all hours. True luxury living service!
