After looking for apartments in Seattle, before I changed my mind to Minneapolis, the cycle of landlords not getting back to me got to be ridiculous. Imagine my shock when I send an email asking about open units in one of Putnam's buildings and get a phone call the next day! Easily the best landlord I've had. Communication is fantastic thus far.

Just want to give a big thank you to Nancy and Putnam Properties for being awesome! We recently had minor maintenance issue and Nancy was prompt and communicative through out the whole process. Maintenance was prompt and were very fast at fixing the issue. They were also very friendly and respectful. They came when the baby was sleeping and they were whispering and closing doors very softly not to disturb the baby. Love Putnam properties and they have great maintenance guys.

I've been a resident of various Putnam Properties over the last several years, both in Uptown and in Hopkins, and I've been so impressed to have a landlord who cares so much for the property and the space around it. For example, at the end of this past winter, as soon as the snow was mostly melted, Nancy had an asphalt crew come to patch holes in the parking lot as well as had a landscaper/arborist come to assess the trees that had been affected by the heavy snowfall. Her rent pricing has always been very fair and having a fully pet-friendly building (not just for certain animals under a certain weight) has been fantastic. She has a great staff who do a great job of tending to the upkeep and maintenance, and as such the buildings are all in great shape. I would recommend renting at her locations to anyone seeking a worry-free rental experience.
