Dr. Watson was very kind and created a comfortable atmosphere during the eye exam. I unfortunately had to bring my children with but she was sweet to them and had so much patience. She was super knowledgeable and let me know things I needed to know about my eyes, also making suggestions that I wouldve never guessed. I personally will be asking to see her for my next eye exam. All the other staff were very patient with my children and nice to me as well which was a blessing as for I felt guilty having no choice but to bring them along. Always a great environment there.

Excellent customer service! Tosh is amazing, she was so kind and made my day. I had been to 2 other vision stores the same day hoping to find contacts with no luck. She gave me a trial pair so I could put them in immediately, discovered I had $130 off contacts with my insurance and ordered me a years supply for home delivery. My bad for waiting so long to reorder, so thankful for Tosh.

Extremely poor experience here, been a long time customer with this location, went in for an eye examine in January everything went fairly smooth, Fast forward to I believe it was towards the end of February. I developed floaters I was told by Vision Works were I ordered my glasses that I needed a retinal scan. I called this location to find out the cost of this procedure and the lady on the phone quoted me around $30.00. I set up an appointment for the next day and had the scan done, now fast forward to April I receive two bills for $227.29 each, I called and talked to the Manager Sheryl and explained to her that on the second visit I only had a retinal scan done and the person on the phone quoted me around $30.00. She said they had done additional testing, which was just done on the previous visit one month prior. Bottom line is they did additional testing on the second visit without my consent and Sheryl refuses to refund any money to retain a long time customer. I have since filed a complaint with their corporate office, and will be contacting the Attorney Generals office, and will be calling my credit card company and dispute the charges. They run a bait and switch operation here and Sheryl the Manager has zero customer service skills

First time going to this location. This location has the best customer/patient services. Dr. Jeanne Wu is amazing at going through the steps and she is a very nice person. It was great chatting with her. I recommend going to her and will sure return back to see her for my next eye exam. Tosh is so helpful and bubbly during my visit there. She helped me through the process of choosing the best frame for me. Her customer services are top notch. She is amazing as well. Anna is also another amazing person to help with the choosing process and given her honest opinion to help me finalize my decision. All the staffs there during my visit are all amazing and extraordinary. I was the last customer there and even though it is past their closing time, they were very patient and waited until I finish my transaction. They never given any sign of annoyance when they have to wait, they were very understanding and patience about it. That is what great customer service is. They make the place felt welcoming and friendly. Cant wait to pick up my glasses on Monday. Thanks a bunch pearle vision!!!
