        Always thorough and informative. I check my eyes annually because I have diabetes. I also asked about a prescription for Vuity and the Dr. explained how it works and wrote a prescription.

        This America's Best has the best customer service I have ever experienced and I am 70 years old. They made me feel welcome in many ways. They were also efficient, but never made me feel rushed. If you want good glasses with great service, this is the place to come.

        I came in without an appointment and just my prescription and they noticed that it was off from the one the had on file and it didnt have the special lenses i need for my brain damage so they squeezed me in as soon as they could same day within an hour. then the Opthamologist did a wonderful job working with me and my unique situation, the staff was helpful and friendly i am looking forward to many years of going here highly recommend this store!         At a gas station I watched a minivan roll over my prescription sunglasses that fell out of my pocketthe horror! I went back to Americas Best in Maplewood, MN and Brandon and Ashlie absolutely bent over backward to help me. Brandon spent a considerable amount of time to get my lenses popped into a pair of display frames (same frames I had initially), but when that didnt work to his liking, Ashlie ordered up a new pair. I received my new sunglasses in three days! Really exceptional customer service is somewhat rare nowadays. My most recent experience with AB and namely Brandon and Ashlie truly was exceptional!
