Three of our children attend here and we couldn't be happier with the Director, Brittany and all the teachers. They treat my children, husband and I like family. Everyone is kind and compassionate. We are happy we made the decision three years ago to change daycare centers and go here.

We absolutely LOVE our Everbrook in Maple Grove. I was originally on a waiting list and my 2 year old was at an in home daycare. That eventually closed due to Covid. I received a call there was an opening so we went and toured. From the minute we walked in Skyler was amazing! Friendly, warm and so thorough. I love the individual classroom feel. Our first day was seamless. Brittany greeted us warmly and walked us to the classroom and made sure drop off was comfortable for all of us. Skyler did the same at pick up. The teachers are AWESOME. Ms. Alyson, Tricia and Lauren (and many more that help support from time to time) are the best. The curriculum is awesome and I have seen so much development in my daughter in just a month. The app they use is also really nice. Updates on what she ate, how long she napped, potty break updates and multiple photos during the day. I would highly recommend to anyone looking and hesitant on a center. I was nervous at first (since we were used to the in home experience) but this place is safe, fun and the best.

Balancing work and family schedules can be difficult, Prestige Preschool Academy, Maple Grove, is a huge part of success for our family. A clean facility employees are proud to work at, healthy meals and snacks made by loving staff, a curriculum that challenges our child to love learning, toys, games and extra circular activities that let kids be creative and imaginative, extended operating hours for those days that have early or late meetings...just a few of the reasons we choose PPA over other centers...the staff are why we've stayed! The directors and teachers are an extension of our family. It's so comforting as a parent to know your child spends the day with people who love them.

The daycare might work for older toddlers and Pre- schoolers if they have more than one Teacher in the Classroom. Daycare is understaffed for younger toddlers. My 17 month old was miserable there. Found him crying hysterically alone few times at the time of pick up. No one cared to comfort him , try to bond or make him feel comfortable. Every time his teacher left he was left alone to his own devices. As a mother i feel terrible for leaving him in such conditions. I saw kids eating in room without supervision. I got lame answers when i questioned him being alone while crying. Never received updates on time throughout the day. Rooms are spacious but understaffed. Young kids do not need big rooms. All they need is little attention till they are comfortable in new environment. I saw no effort from Teacher or Management.

The school was great when Jackie was the director of the school, the teachers seemed to stick around. With the new management and politics(We have witnessed them throw out the best of their teacher even when there was a scarcity of teachers) the school unfortunately just sucks and I would strongly not recommend it to anyone. The management is irresponsible and unreliable! While our kid was there he had a severe injury right above his eye where his eyes got swollen shut for a week and nobody bothered to call us and inform, they thought it was just a small cut! I have heard of multiple other kids(friend's kids) getting injured at the school, may be this is common but this is my second child going to a daycare and I have not heard of injuries being so common at other schools. Being a vegetarian kid he had dietary preferences but even after requesting them million times his online records would never give us an accurate picture of the food he ate, it always included non vegetarian food! I hope the owners would take heed and look into these and many other issues that the new management has bought in.
