If I could give more stars, I would. The teachers and Director are absolutely incredible. They truly care for each student and parents. They are great about communication with you and working with you if your child is having any issues. The school is always very clean and organized (even pre-Covid) and you can tell they have thought through design of every area with the kids in mind. The outdoor playground provides many different activities to fit all kids personalities. If you are looking for a place that is welcoming to all, friendly and knowledge staff, and your kids will love... this is it!

We had both of our kiddos at the SBS Maple Grove location 8 weeks old to 16 months old. There is no place I would have rather had my kids attend. If I could keep them there until college, I would. The teachers treated my children as if they were their own. The amount of love, attention, and care they have for the children is endless. We will forever be grateful for our years at SBS and could not be any more thankful.

While I dont get to see the program daily as a grandparent, I do a fair amount of pick-ups and drop-offs with my grandchildren at the Montessori. What I notice is the high level of interaction by the teachers in the classrooms-engaging storytelling, great books, thoughtProvoking works, encouraging active play and learning. I also appreciate the behavior expectations for the children which benefits all kids to have consistency(as a grandparent from a previous generation this is very important to me) and most importantly I appreciate the length of service that so many of the staff have at this Montessori which I think benefits the program as a whole and offers great learning/teaching moments for new staff. I like the security at this location and that between my visit in late November and early January that the door codes were changed. I also value the fact that staff is willing to meet kids where they are on any given day. I enjoy seeing the extra opportunities for kids like soccer and dance. I also appreciated their holiday concert and Staff members seemed to enjoy watching the kids perform as much as the audience. It appears that this Montessori is very well run and that staff provides a cohesive and welcoming environment for all of the kids that attend. One small frustration of mine is the sometimes crowded parking lot at pic-up/drop-off which can make it hard for me to get my two young grandchildren back to the car in an adjacent lot with a car seat etc., but I realize this is something out of their control.

As a former staff member, I was bullied by several coworkers, and was looked down on when I asked questions or for advice. I was often ignored, when I offered suggestions for activities.
