My fiance and I took time to interview different lenders and Chad with Bell Bank jumped to the very top of our list, immediately! For first time home buyers he was so easy to work with, answered all of our many (many!) questions and took his time explain everything to us in detail and in ways we would understand. He and Thomas were so quick to respond to everything and made sure we knew what we were doing next. Chad was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Always polite, responsive, informative, and available whenever we needed him. Chad went the extra mile for us, calling sellers to assure them of our strong financing. The strength of our financing, loan terms, and closing speed (3 weeks), led to our offer being accepted despite not being the highest offer in a competitive situation. Had we chosen a less effective loan officer we may not have gotten the home we wanted. Thanks Chad!
