Kaden at Gold Star was a life saver. I was able to secure a loan with him at a great interest rate in a very competitive area. I started my loan with another mortgage group who was very difficult to work with, but Kaden cleaned it up and talked me through it. He's a very honest and transparent with the whole process, especially helpful as a first time home buyer.

Time to start holding these mortgage companies accountable for who they sell these loans to for servicing. Gold Star was great but they sold our loan to a company called NewRez that has been awful. Cant even access our account info. We have no recourse or way to change services, so going back to the source of who sold our loan to this awful company. Sorry but I have to advise not to work with gold star if you want to avoid your loan getting sold to a terrible company.

My mortgage company sold my mortgage to gold star. I have an issue with my mortgage that I'm currently on hold for. This is the 6th person I've spoken to and the 4th time someone has transfered me to the same office that keeps saying they can't help me. I've spoken to the tax department and customer service for the last 2 hours and still on hold with no one being to help. This is insane. Someone needs to spend some money on training over here.
