Went to the front desk to talk to someone about fraud on my card and the lady was very rude and not helpful/nice at all when I was asking her what I could do, she made me feel stupid for not knowing what happened and with such an attitude, I would go to another Wells Fargo if you want any kind of help.

Stopped in for a withdrawal no waiting today. Teller was most helpful.

I come to there to get quarters from there n they screw me over. I don't get the full $20 or $40 n get nickels, pennys, dimes!

Came into the lobby to see only one person in front of me--awesome! Then i wait...and wait...and wait. Something about a scanner not working. 15 minutes later, a supervisor finally asks why the line isn't moving since she's friends with one of the people in line after me. Supervisor waits 2-3 minutes go to the back and work with teller. Supervisor solves problem in 1 minute. I stood there 20 minutes. I've had mixed experiences at that branch, some good, some bad. However, recently, the bad outnumber the good. *** (After a couple of years and a handful of visits since my original review) *** I still visit this branch on occasion, and I feel that my experiences here have improved. Fast service and my unusual questions I sometimes ask were answered professionally. Updating stars to 4 from 1.
