I had my car and wallet stolen with a blank check in it. After reporting everything to the police I started calling all my banks and card services. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. It was a very smooth process, I had to close my current account while opening a new one and transferring all my credit and information over. There were various pending charges that were also on the account that I was closing and they kept me updated every day on if they were rejected or accepted until there were no more pending withdrawals or deposits. They answered all my questions in just one visit to the branch. All of this was done very quickly, on TOP of that they even sent me a handwritten letter in the mail saying how sorry they were to hear about my car and belongings being stolen!! If you’d ask me I’d say this is going above and well beyond expected customer service. Everyone was very friendly and patient. I recommend visiting this location over others. Thanks for the card!

Everyone is always friendly and efficient. Chandler in particular is a beast. I needed a new debit card and had an annoying amount of cash to deposit. I was in and out, new card in hand, in less than 15 minutes. Awesome.
