Taco John's

Paid for four cheese dips got two so disappointing someone forgot to double check. Maybe start giving the cheese for free if you're not gonna give people what they paid for. Order taker was pleasant, followed a script she was kind and very customer oriented.

We pulled into this taco John's at 715-730 to grab a meal after a long drive back from a graduation in Iowa. Lights were on, cars in the parking lot. We sat there for over 5 minutes waiting to see someone in the window or hear a voice from the loud speaker.....nope, nothing. As we were pulling out someone had put a cardboard closed sign in the window. According to your website they are scheduled to close at 8. Another car was waiting as well...

Food was cold when I ordered it and they refused to make more oles they refried and had so much oil left in the cup and I already dumped most of it taco wasn't fresh and neither wad super nachos very disappointed in service and food

Can drive through ever get order right? Every time I go there something messed up. Guess it's my fault for hoping for them to get it right.

The food wasn't made to order. I ordered 3 taco bravos. 1 had meat and lettuce. 2nd one had meat and maybe 10 pieces of lettuce. 3rd one had just had meat. Hopefully management will re-teach their help to how to make food again.
