Taco John's

Ordered my food and the staff completely forgot about my order. Food was cold and disgusting when it finally showed up. Staff had bad attitude about their mistake. Youll be better off ordering anywhere else than here. At least the food couldve been hot, dont expect much else from the employees.

Had to wait for about 20 mins to get 4 tacos. It was just my car in the drive -thru. It must be a staffing issue. The tacos quality was questionable. It is not worth the Taco Tuesday special. The tacos were filled with a lot of lettuce and a little beef.

No one here and no one behind me but asked to come inside but drive thru so small could not get around them. Went inside and they didn't even know the order. Had to say one item 2 times and as soon as I paid they were out they then asked to replace with something cheaper. Then the churros were burnt tasting with no cinn or sugar on it. The meat tasted bad to the point I had to throw it all away and on top of that the coffee taste nasty. The worst 60 dollars spent. Wish I had not have even come in

I haven't eaten at a Taco Johns in years and checked this one out before reading the reviews. The price hike is outrageous for what you get, nearly 14 dollars for a stuffed taco and tots. The hiring sign is paying between 12 to 14 dollars and its not surprising if they've had staffing issues. I tried to pull back around 25 minutes before closing to order something from the value menu but they didn't respond at the intercom.

This is the worst Taco Johns and its not even close. I'm not sure why corporate doesn't make them address their issues. Cold food, rude employees, cleanliness etc. Spend $40+ but don't dare ask for more than 1 mild or hot sauce or you will face their wrath that they have to ration off their supply until the next truck comes. Oh and don't even bother with ketchup for the oles they wont give you any of that either. What a joke, the buffalo, mn taco johns I was at will let you help yourself to condiments. Not this cheap TJ's one is the limit even if you spend over $40. I will never come back to the New Brighton TJ.
