        Very poor management. Dirty, smells of cat fiecies all summer long in a no pet building. The building does not get cleaned unless you do it yourself.

        Poor maintenance of parking lot. Parking has multiple cement markers with rods sticking up & it caught front bummer of car causing $1000 damage. Owner Floyd Sjostrand, offered zero compensation or cooperation to rectify & refused return our phone calls. Consistent bat problem in building year round.
