Highfield Apartments

I have lived in many apartments. Highfield is one of the nicer apartments. Management is responsive and maintains the buildings well. The lease and costs to rent are clear and readily available to me online. The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out to live in. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Hutchinson look at Highfield.

There new manager Linda Rodewald neglects to answer the phone, ( had to call the corporate office.)had multiple problems which I emailed her about, fixed none of them, and didn't reply to my emails. Told us if accepted we would move in around August but the apartment was unavailable until the 10th of October. Put my roommate into a different apartment Also, she expects high school graduates to have a credit score of 700 to be able to be accepted into this apartment complex.

Good management. Just be aware of the fees before you sign the lease. There are many.
