        We stayed 3/15-3/16/24 and were not impressed. Walking in the front entrance was littered with cigarette butts. When we got in to our room the carpet felt crusty, wish I would have got a picture the vent fan in the bathroom didnt work and was caked in dust. Got down to the pool and the hot tub wasnt working and there was no heat in the pool. Definitely a disappointing experience.

        Have tried staying here a few different times and usually the same experience. Go to check in at 3pm and room is consistently not ready. 4pm came and room was still not ready. Hotel is severely run down. Staff turnover there seems to be consistent with staff that don't have any concern about service. Will not be going back to this hotel.
