Just a rock beach, LOTS of rocks. Typical north shore splendor and beauty, though. Looks like a good spot for finding agates.

Clearwater Palisades is a view you want to take in, the trail is accessible from Clearwater Lake marked with a orange flag on the Eastern side of the lake.

Amazing playground for toddlers, then a full size one for old kids and a skate park. Really a hidden gem of Grand Marais
