        I've purchased my glasses seven weeks ago and have yet to receive them. Every time I call, I've been given a different excuse and told that they "will be here next week". I've called Visionworks headquarters customer service and opened a ticket, but that doesn't seem to help either. I have been told that I would receive a call from the district manager, which has not happened. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.....someplace much more reputable.

        I really enjoyed my experience there. The tech (sorry I cant remember the name) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lisa was also very wonderful! Made me feel great about my choices in all of my glasses! Best experience!!

        I just got my glasses here! Loved the service and the fun atmosphere. There are newer associates but they are so sweet and willing to help with whatever was needed!

        My fianc and I booked back to back appointments a month ago. During that time we received a call 5 minutes before our appointment time (we live 20 minutes away) to let us know they couldnt do either of our appointments that day. Today we had a new appointment set and they called us 2 minutes prior to our appointment to let us know they are an hour behind with only 1 person in front of us (not sure why the appointment before is going to take an hour). When we asked why they are calling us 2 minutes before our appointment time they said its because theyre short staffed.. which still didnt answer the question of how they only knew that there would be an hour delay 2 minutes before our appointment time. A few years ago I ordered glasses and received a prescription that was incorrect. After 5 separate visits, I finally had a pair that worked for me. I also ordered sunglasses during that time and those sunglasses still dont work for me. Its like looking through a fishbowl when I put them on and my depth perception is extremely off with them. Its so frustrating that this is the closest eye place to me in network. Such a horribly run business
