Jake is truly amazing. I've had migraines for years and get extremely tight muscles, neck pain, upper back pain, jaw tension and more. After just two sessions I can honestly feel a huge difference. He's so knowledgeable, and won't stop working until he gets the knots out. I'm so grateful to have found him!!!

I am SO grateful that I discovered Jake. Every time he works on my body I feel like he must have magic in his hands - he always finds the exact spots that need extra attention. I originally went to him to help with pain in my upper back that was preventing me from sleeping at night. Within one session with Jake I was able to lie down without pain. I am now on a regular cadence with him to resolve the remaining issues and for maintenance. On top of being incredible at his craft, Jake is a delight to spend time with. He is smart, articulate and explains what he is doing and finding as he works. He is the only massage therapist that I will see now that I've found him. Thanks Jake!!!

Ive had many massages at high-end resorts over the years, but I'm so glad I gave Focus Bodywork a try. If you're looking for a nice and comfortable experience without all the frills this is the place! Jake has an excellent ability to intuitively understand muscle tightness, pinpoint areas of focus and adjust pressure accordingly. I've only been to two sessions and my neck and shoulders are feeling better than they have in years. My ability to stand straighter with better posture is already improving. Looking forward to continued progress!
