Kenny always follows your lead and is an excellent listener and implementer as to treating where it hurts and how deep to go and hell be talkative or quiet. Whatever you want. Ive gotten massages at spalon and lifetime for twenty years and hes the best Ive had! And Ive been going to Kenny exclusively for about two years now! Hes excellent!!

A friend referred Kenny at Integrative Massage to help with my chronic neck pain along with regularly occurring hamstring pulls. I'm one session (90-minute) in and very impressed. Looking forward to continuing the therapy and seeing results.
FOLLOW UP:
Together with a consistent push-up and sit-up routine to stretch and build strength through my chest and shoulders, ongoing monthly 1-hour sessions with Kenny have succeeded in greatly reducing pain and stiffness, while vastly improving the range of movement in my neck. No anti-inflammatories or invasive methods required.
Plus, there's the added benefit of being in the presence of one of the kindest, most positive people on earth.
